The project included all new siding, kitchen with quartz counter-tops, and updated the bathrooms. rnNew electrical and HVAC was added throughout the home. The end result was spectacular and we sold this through our realtor flyer pre-marketing. rnAlthough we did not make our target profit, the marketing was invaluable and led to a realtor partnership with access to the MLS, (possibly PML's) and a preferred buyer club list. rnThis rehab was the talk of the town!rn
