This baby was rough as it was our 2nd project and needed so much work. New plumbing in the entire house, new boiler, kitchen we added an additional bathroom and converted the attic in a master bedroom, there were so many lessons learned such as how to look for termite damage or mold in the basement. Overall rehab took almost 3 months for completion. The project hit the market the 2nd day I went into labor with my 2nd baby girl. Funny story my water punctured at 7 am but I had staging and professional pictures at 12 pm so the baby had to wait till momma got the place cleaned and staged for pictures then left to the hospital lol. The project was funded with hard money and I provided gap funding, between some cash and credit cards we were able to close on the property.
