We found this deal on an auction site that we have purchased many houses from already, after several attempts bidding we finally won the bid by being consistent. This house was a bank foreclosure. The home was occupied by the former owner. I actually found out his contact info and called him up and asked if I could take a look at the inside. After giving him limited information about what was going on with the property he was grateful for the information and let me tour the home. He moved out the day before closing. We installed a new kitchen, Tile in Kitchen, bath, and hallways. Cleaned the rest of the laminate floors already there. Gave it a fresh coat of paint and fixed some of the mechanicals. We put it on the market and sold it in one day at full price!
