The story of how we found this home I really love to tell! The home I was supposed to be looking at was across the street with the same address but had a different street name. Sooooo I was in this flooded home that was unlocked when I got there so I thought I had permission to go through and do my due diligence. While I was completing the deal analyzer a very ticked off the owner come in and asked me why I’m trespassing in her home. I explained that I had permission to be there from Sam Craven from Senna House Buyers. She had no idea what I was talking about and was NOT a happy camper until I said this is 5315 Kingsmill correct?? She replied no ma\'am it is 5315 Shady Oaks Lane. I apologized and she calmed down we laughed a bit and then I said... Well I have done all I need to do before I go back to my office and do my numbers but I am pretty sure I’m buying the home across the street and I would love to have two right across the street from one another here is my number give me a call and I will give you an offer for your home. One week later she called and I bought my first two rehabs right across the street from one another. God is good!
