I investigated several markets and settled with the Jacksonville, Florida area. The area has solid growth and an excellent rental market. It’s a great fit to build my portfolio. The JWB team was highly recommended and they have lived up to their reputation. 25% down and a comfortable cash flow projection. This is my third Passive Income property and my first with JWB. I plan to add additional JWB properties in the future.
