This home came about from my friend whose husband was ready to move to Florida to a home they originally purchased for passive income to enjoy their retirement. My friend was not 100% ready and she was dealing with a lot of “what to do’s” with their home here in New Jersey. The house needed a new, very costly septic system before she would be able to sell it conventionally. In addition to the cost, a septic system requires months to be completed. I created a winning situation for her that enabled her to sell her house to me very quickly without installing the new septic. I bought the house AS-IS and we were able to close the deal very quickly. She and her husband were in Florida 3-weeks later enjoying their retirement.
