I found this deal by handing out business cards while visiting my sons in their hometown of Linden, NJ. I funded the deal from my own funds. The deal was a double closing. I closed the deal in the morning and turned around and resold the deal to a buyer I found through advertising the property on Zillow. I received over 25 inquiries from the ad and it became a bidding war. I initially asked for $80K and had offers over $90K. I decided to accept the offer for $85K from a buyer who put down a nice Earnest Money Deposit of $5K and showed us funds in the bank over $100K. It was sold AS-IS.
