This deal was presented to us by a friend whose mother couldn’t keep up with the maintenance of the home anymore. When they did this, they never actually conjoined the two sides together. Our major tasks were to open load-bearing walls and moving the kitchen from the basement to the first floor. This allowed the home to flow with ease. We sold the house on our Local MLS within 16 days. We think being on MERRILL Street was what made this home unique and a complete HOME RUN!
