After a long period of time, lots of back and forth with the bank, and consistent follow-up with the Realtor we landed this short sale deal. The property was occupied and a contingency of the deal was that the property had to be delivered vacant. The Realtor after repeated attempts to have the occupants removed came up with a pretty creative way to get them out the property. That\'s all I\'d say on this topic. We obtained this deal obtaining private funding. We had to have significant plumbing, electrical and HVAC work done on this property; exterior & interior painting; windows along with kitchen & bath full gut renovations. As soon as this property was completed and on the market we received and above asking offer. BOOM!!!
