This deal was part of the 2 part package deal that was found on Craigslist by another Mastery student, Matt Whitney. He sent me the link to this property and after meeting with the owner, purchased this house and another one she had in another neighborhood in my hometown of Mountain Top. The house was built in 1905 for the railroad station manager. It had solid bones but needed everything. The wrap around porch was screaming for help but we knew this place had major profit potential, well at least for Northeast PA.
