How did you find and structure the financing of this deal?

After looking into several hard money lenders including Grand Coast, I found it would be more financially lucrative fort his particular project to have my parents fund the deal

How did you find a buyer for the property if you sold it?

The house went under contract 1 day after being put on the MLS, that deal fell through. After being back on the market and holding an open house I received several offers within a week.


What are some of the major lessons learned that you would like to share with other students that they can learn from?

Use the 6 critical documents, do a thorough walk through with the contractor before signing the contract and ensure his numbers are right and allocated appropriately for items. Example, he had $1500 allowance for appliances.
