I found this property through a wholesaler. There was a showing scheduled for the home for all investors. Prior to the showing, I did my due diligence using the deal analyzer. I showed up to the showing with a deposit in had and after walking through the property I handed them a check and secured the property. I immediately built my scope of work and started the process. We decided to enhance the master bathroom. We figured it would be a good return on our investment. The property was completed and sold in 4 months. We had a full asking price offer 3 days after it hit the market.
