This deal came from my Facebook ads, which is my primary marketing source currently. The home belonged to a tired landlord who wanted to sell his rental property. I’m currently doing a lot of virtual wholesaling so my mom went to the property and took video and pictures of the house. My main buyer was not interested in the property so I shared it with my buyer's list. I ended up networking with a realtor and she provided the end buyer and we were able to close in 2-weeks.
