This was supposed to be a great deal and profit, except I caught my first contractor using my Home Depot card to buy materials for other projects he was doing. This deal was secured through a private money lender here in Utah. This was a full gut and Remodel. The project took too long because I had to hire a new contractor to finish the job. Lesson learned. Had Fun. Will continue to crush it. On a positive note, my buyer loved the home so much she wants to buy the next Rehab I do for her daughter, she is a cash buyer!
