Bought the Property on Auction.com and had a Private Money Lender fund the deal. Kept the rehab simple yet nice since I bought the property with the intention to keep it as a Rental. Updated the kitchen by keeping the existing cabinets and painting them. Also added a few more cabinets on the other side which added more storage and counter-top space and replaced the flooring. Updated the existing bathroom with flooring, vanity, toilet, and lighting. Also created a half bath in the basement. Fresh Paint throughout, all new light fixtures, and refinished all the hardwood flooring.
