This is one of two properties we purchased as a portfolio. This is a well-maintained, highly occupied 12-unit apartment. We funded 80% of the purchase price with a Fannie Mae loan, and private equity covered the down payment and repair cost. After we are done implementing the value-adds, we expect to be getting 8% cash on cash.
