The seller contacted me from an ad I put on one of the local Facebook groups. We had to replace a wall between the two smaller bedrooms that the previous owner removed, new trim throughout the house (crown in the kitchen and living room), the contractor had to demo some existing cabinets and rebuild new ones, new countertop, backsplash, sink and faucet in the kitchen and paint throughout the whole house. We also changed the appliance out for black to update the kitchen but keeping within the resale value of the home and neighborhood. We listed the home the Wednesday before Easter and accepted an offer the day after Easter. Even with the stay at home orders in place people were still out looking and buying!
