We previously purchased a property from Memphisinvest cash. We now were looking to purchase 2 properties. We contacted the Passive income Club. My wife and I are retired, therefore cashflow was important; but we were also wanted to build a legacy for our children. Therefore MemphisInvest (which is now REI Nation), sent us many leads, which we reviewed with the help of John. We finally found 2 Properties that fit the bill. The second priced at $110,000. Through REI Nation we obtained a non-recourse loan, in which our deposit was 50% of the purchase price.
