We found the deal by looking to help a family friend. She thought that she owned the property with no loan however we learned that she did have a small HELOC but also high equity. We funded the deal using the Seller Financing strategy learned in FortuneBuilders along with another family member who became our PML, another strategy that we learned in FortuneBuilders. The repairs included a new roof, new siding, termite damage repair and treatment, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, recessed lighting, painting inside and out, refinishing of floors on upper and main levels, new flooring on the basement level, some new windows, new HVAC.
