The deal was off the MLS. It was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo next to a golf course. The purchase price was not bad. The down payment was funded by my own 401 and the rest was a conventional loan from a bank. The HOA took care of the outside so I just have to do a cosmetic fix on the inside. My lease was expiring and this came so even though the profits were slim mortgage is less than my rent so the savings plus the experience makes it worthwhile for me.
