I found the deal on the MLS, it was a VA Repo. After getting it under contract and falling out of contract, a few months later it came back on market for less than the first time we finally got it under contract and closed. There was a bit of black mold and the downstairs was not finished at all. After hiring and firing contractors for taking shortcuts we finished it ourselves. Lots of stress but we got her done in 8 months. We updated 1 full bathroom, added a half bathroom and a master bathroom completely gutted the kitchen, and installed new. 90% of the house we remodeled all-new, from sheetrock to windows to appliances. All this in COVID times.
How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?
I use Realflow quite a bit and it helped a lot.
