Implemented off-market Facebook campaign. We got it under contract and collected all the short-sale documents and handed them to our agent for short-sale listing and negotiation process. Civic funded 70% of the purchase price, 100% rehabs. Removed and replaced roof shingles, windows, doors, flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. Painted inside & out. Removed all debris left behind. Our team was able to stop the foreclosure, minimize the damage on their credit score, & buy them more time while we negotiated the short-sale. Most of all, the bank gave them relocation funds. We also gave them relocation funds and donated a portion of our profit to the church they go to.
