Took this eye sore and made it into a really cute new home that was very much appreciated by the neighborhood. This was a vacant home that was known to be a place for to squatters, drug addicts, and even a loose domesticate black and white rabbit who lived under the house. We enjoyed hearing the comments from the nearby neighbors who watched the transformation happen and the expression of those that passed by with amazement. This was a full gut, down to the studs. Had a lot of discoveries along the way and learned a lot, but we conquered, persevered and made a good profit. We purchased it from another investor, funded the deal with a private money lender and now 6 months later, SOLD!
