We found this deal on the MLS. It was a wholesaler looking to sell the property. When the deal the wholesaler was trying to do with another investor fell through, she reached out to me to see if I was interested. I almost turned it down, because we were in the midst of buying another house at the time and were in construction with another deal. However, boy am I glad I bought it! Someone had already started this construction, so the windows were all new and the kitchens were boxed up in the basement. There were supplies and work already done, so we just made a few changes and finished it. This was the most we have ever made on a house!!! It was in a great location and had a lot of property.
