A great Realtor we have worked with over the last 1.5 years received a lead from another agent at her brokerage house. This was a distressed property where the mom had passed away a few years back, and the daughter who lived in another state had recently lost her tenant and didn't want to deal with things from afar anymore. They were going to list it on the MLS (in June 2020) but knew it was a precarious time. We were first in and decided to offer 50k under what they were asking. They accepted, and the rest, as they say, is history! This was a full gut rehab with a basement dig down and the addition of a full 2nd story.
