We found the deal through an agent my sons Jed and Carlo found on Facebook through Internet Quickstart Marketing. The first property she found us did not work out, but eventually she helped us find the property at 4222 McLaughlin Ave. The HML we worked with, Trillion Capital, was recommended to us during a FB Mastermind call, and we were able to find the rest of the funding through some family. Virtually nothing on the property was left untouched - roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cosmetics, landscaping. We added a total of 400 sqft to the left and the backside of the home, expanding the Master Suite, and the 1st bedroom, and making the home 1420 sqft total. We also "finished" the garage, which included remediating some bamboo coming from the neighbor's backyard that was encroaching into our property's garage, which we knew about going in to the deal.
