With the structuring of the property, it was in bad shape and Fortune Builders has taught me through my training, different ways to look at the end game. And that helping homeowners out of tough situations is the end goal. I ended up jving on the deal because the market is small and there wasn't a lot of room for a bigger profit. So my jv partner was able to find a end buyer and get the deal done. Being my first deal, I wanted to learn the process and really help this family out.
