We found the deal through networking through our area Facebook Investors group which connected us with a wholesaler; we utilized a private money lender to fund the deal. The property was structural sound but dated so we updated the flooring, counter-tops, bathrooms, exterior windows, internal and external doors, internal and external light fixtures, and of course new stainless steel appliances. This was a rural property with a 4-acre lot so we ended up utilizing a realtor that had experience selling in that area.
