Two Flipping Gals in San Antonio, TX

This house was for sale by owner across the street from our first flip 1595 Bridge St. The owner was living with his daughter & had dementia. She got POA & ageeed to sell it to us but before that could happen he passed away. The house then went into the probate process. We waited a year for this house as it was very complex. I got very close to the owner & spoke with her every month. We promised her we would save her grandfathers home. We put a bible in each of our houses in the walls or buried under the porches. We promised the owner she would be the first to see the house after we were finish. We taped her reaction she cried, we cried. For the two flipping gals it is so much more than a flip, it is saving a story...a home...rebuilding a street one house at a time. We are the Two Flipping Gals.

Case Study

How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?

We came aboard in 2014. One of the partners had been flipping houses since 1995. So the process of using an Ira was old news. However we did get some excellent advice on a affordable Insurance company we could use on our flips. We have used them now 3 times. We have attended several seminars but still need to do the rehab seminar. Maybe after we slow down we can get to that one. We always use the FB sheet when analyzing properties to write contracts on. It’s a great tool.
