This was a complete rehab which included a first and second floor expansion, new plumbing, electric, windows, roof, vinyl siding, HVAC, kitchen, baths, exterior/interior doors, etc. We sold this open via the mls and held three open houses and sold the home the third week we listed for slightly under asking price.
