After several discussions with my PIC coach and research into various markets (8 markets I believe), I settled on the Quad Cities area in Illinois. I was put into contact with Easy Street Property Investments to get not only introductions started, but also build the relationship to start seeing investment property opportunities. Shortly after working with Easy Street, we came across a property in which we had an existing tenant (with an excellent history), no rehab actually need, and even bought into equity. It was a phenomenal find!

My PIC coach was awesome actually, he was able to take the time to run through the analysis with on the properties so we could discuss each one, namely the pros and cons, the neighborhood, etc... He's been on each email for this first investment to aid as a coach when needed, but honestly, he's let drive the deal to closure. It was just nice to have him present and watch over the situation in case I needed guidance. It has been a great experience!
