I was looking at bank owned properties and called up the listing agent for one that looked interesting. rnI quickly realized that this was not what I was looking for and asked about similar properties and the agent told me about this one. rnWhen I inquired further about this property, they told me that the owner, who passed, was from Canada and his family was in a bit of a quandary as they had to sell not only the Condo but, all the furnishings to settle the estate. rnI told the agent I could help, if the family was willing to work with me, I would not only purchase the property but, all the contents of the property. The family was so relieved by this, as it allowed them to mourn their loss and be able to move on.rn
