This house was provided to us from a pocket listing from an agent that works in the office of our agent. The purchase was funded using our hard money lender and the rehab was funded using private money lenders. We took an aggressive approach to this house in the rehab. We removed walls and opened up the family room, den and kitchen to create an open flow concept. We also brought the sunken floors up to grade to provide a level floor in the living room and den. We set a new standard in design and appraised value for the neighborhood. The house sold in less than two months and for more than the closest comp. It truly was set apart from the rest of the development.
