This was another pocket listing from our agent. The house had been vacant for five years. We modified the lower level by moving a wall to create a master bedroom/ bathroom suite. We also removed a wall to provide for an open concept family room off the kitchen. New flooring, tile, paint, trim, granite and landscaping completed the rest of the renovations. Again we set a president for selling the house above the area comps. This was a fun project with great personal reward.
