A realtor brought this property to us. We submitted an offer which was originally rejected. After the property was on the market for some time, the realtor came back to us asking if we would like to submit another offer. We submitted another offer which was accepted. At the time our offer was submitted, there was also another offer on the table. The seller accepted our offer since we were offering cash and we're going to renovate the property. The seller lived on the property most of his married life, so he was happy someone was going to make it look good again.
