We first completed an application with a hard money lender who then provided us with a proof of funds letter. Then we were able to establish a relationship with the loan officer at the bank who provided us with information on deals that was not yet on the MLS. After the rehab, our property sold for a little over $300,000. Every step was unique to us since this was our first rehab.
