After we purchased the house we did extensive repairs and upgrades. rnWe repaired the foundation and added new air conditioning/heating, insulation, electrical, and plumbing. rnThe kitchen was updated with new paint, appliances, and granite. The bathroom was completely made over with new tile, tub, vanity, toilet as well as flooring. rnRecessed lighting, paint, and vinyl wood flooring were added throughout the house. We also converted an awkward dining area into a 3rd bedroom. We ended up selling the house as a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1157 square foot home. rn
