I eventually went to see the house and meet the seller. rnAnother FortuneBuilders student who is also a contractor looked at the house for me and he pointed out issues with the foundation and mold issues. Without his expert eye, I would have never noticed it. He gave me advice on what to look for in potential leads in the future.
