I eventually went to see the house and meet the seller. rnAnother FortuneBuilders student who is also a contractor looked at the house for me and he pointed out issues with the foundation and mold issues. Without his expert eye, I would have never noticed it. He gave me advice on what to look for in potential leads in the future. He also offered to take the wholesale deal from me if I could get the seller to agree on a specific price. rnI renegotiated with the seller and had him come down on the price before my option period expired. rn
