We attended the Scottsdale BootCamp and joined a presentation by Than Merrill. He spoke on the topics of investing in commercial real estate and leverage. We took the information to heart and acted immediately purchasing 5 more rentals with the Passive Income Club with Memphis Invest bringing our total passive income rental portfolio up to 10 houses. All of our rentals are managed by Memphis Invest. In addition, we invested $100,000 in the Poplin Place Shopping Center in Monroe, NC. We funded our $100k portion with savings we had on hand.
