We liked what we saw and won the bid. rnOriginally we intended on renting out the property but decided to sell through seller financing. We received nearly 1/3 of our money back from the down payment and ended up making a generous amount via interest while cash flowing. We agreed to a higher than market value purchase price and after 9 months of seasoning and cash flowing, we sold the note at a profit. rn
