We got the lead for this property via Craigslist. The owner needed help getting out of foreclosure but they were too far along in the process. We were able to see the property before going through a lengthy bidding process. We liked what we saw and won the bid. rnOriginally we intended on renting out the property but decided to sell through seller financing. We received nearly 1/3 of our money back from the down payment and ended up making a generous amount via interest while cash flowing. We agreed to a higher than market value purchase price and after 9 months of seasoning and cash flowing, we sold the note at a profit. rn
