We acquired this house through a wholesaler. It was a tiny little 865 sq ft 2-bedroom, 1-bath house. It needed a new roof, kitchen and an HVAC system added. We upgraded the kitchen with new cupboards, corner sink, and appliances. In one of the bedrooms, we added a closet and new windows. We redid the floors with vinyl planking and were able to keep the existing bathroom with a few minor repairs and painting. The interior and exterior were painted with the exterior painted an adobe color with turquoise trim. We cleaned up the trash around the neighborhood and really enhanced the quality. We found, funded, rehabbed and sold this house in just over 60 days. rnrnThis house was funded by a hard money loan and gap funding by a family member.
