This is a wholesale deal we bought from another FB student. We funded this deal through HML and PML. rnThis was a challenging deal because it took longer than we expected to sell and it went through a winter. However, since we bought it at the right price we were still able to have some profit. rnThis property is also on the higher price point than the median in the area and caused the property to sit on the market longer. Lots of lessons learned that we’ll take into consideration for our future rehabs.rn
