I got the property below the asking price, for $33,720, and the repairs were estimated at $32,400. There were a few issues along the way such as a tree branch falling on the roof and a small foundation issue causing a rise in cost for the repairs to be $34,729, totaling $68,449. I sold the house for $115,000 and gained a profit of $46,551.
