This is another deal that found us! A work associate and good friend had to sell his home but did not have the money to rehab it. We offered to help and collectively we completely rehabbed the kitchen, added new appliances, painted the entire house inside and out, redesigned and replaced all bathrooms and re-landscaped the property. We were able to get the owners ex-wife to quit-claim the home to him so that we could execute a Subject To - Lease Purchase Agreement to secure the home. The home was sold for a profit and everyone benefited, including the owner and his ex-wife!
