Following the FortuneBuilders systems for the first 5 deals allowed us to present our solid business plan and systems to a new lender. By sticking to the systems we were profitable and attractive to our new potential lender. Ultimately because we followed the systems we were approved by the new lender, this ended up being our most successful/profitable project because we were able to secure lending at a much lower interest rate.
