I found this property through Zillow and used a Real Estate agent to help manage and negotiate the transaction. It was listed on the MLS for $60K but was able to get it down to $52K. I used my Solo-K dollars to purchase it. There was already had a long term tenant in it and I signed them to a 2 yr lease agreement with a professional property management team.
