This deal was from a call on one of our Bandit Signs. The only way this deal would work was to acquire it using Subject To technique. The house was in great condition, but very outdated, so the rehab was cosmetic. We sold on the MLS. The most unique thing about this deal was how we were able to help the sellers out of a major bind! They had no idea where their next mortgage payment would come from, and wanted to move to Oregon. Using Subject To, we were able to help and provide them a solution!
