I found this property on Auction.com and funded it myself through my Solo-K account. The project took much longer than expected, $5,000 in earnest funds was wired mid-January however the transaction did not close until the beginning of May. I was able to meet the daughters of the previous owner who passed. The eldest wanted “1st dibs” on renting the home once it was completed since it was the home they grew up in.
