When my mom heard heard her friend mention she was thinking moving out of town to be closer to her grand kids and the house needs some updates my name immediately came up. After talking with the owner for several months, she was now ready to move and without any realtors the house was under contract. The deal was funded by Grand Coast Capital and a private money lender. The property was a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a bonus room 1,364 sq ft house with a huge backyard. The house was updated and in the bonus room a bathroom and closet was added to convert it into a master suite. Due to the house being in an amazing neighborhood we were under contract to sell within 5 days of listing with a contract for $10K over asking.
