This is the first rental property that we are renting as a vacation rental. We just finished the renovation and have listed the property for rent. The house actually sold to a gentleman that bought it for his daughter to live in while she attended USC. To his dismay, she chooses to go to Clemson instead! The house sat vacant for several years. He agreed to sell the property as he was looking to invest in the development of a local brewery.rnrnWe completely renovated the property top to bottom. We just love the views of the park and the city. To the left of the house, you can view a historical cemetery and the Governor’s Mansion. rnrnWe love this house because it is so close to all the action but on the side of downtown where there's not a ton of traffic. Our ideal day is going to the Soda City Market Saturday morning for coffee, avocado toast, and people watching, followed by tailgating and football game. rn
